The people are very nice in their service dept. they get the three stars. The prices get no stars,ridiculous for internet and phone services.

This is the worst. My internet continues to drop. I call them and every time they tell you the same thing, to unplug and restart your modem and router. How about you just fix it and not tell...

Let it be known that I am NOT a fan of comcast. That being said, I would give my left arm to get comcast service after dealing with Blue Ridge. Less than half the internet speeds, and WAY more...
