The prices went up and the service went down. You know there's a problem when the NAIL TECHS put their phone on speaker and have conversations with friends WHILE DOING CUSTOMERS' manicures....

Went to Kevin at BJ's for the first timeand he was fantastic- I got a white gel mani with silver drip sparkles and he knocked it out of the park. Professional and fast! That's the way I like it-...
