HistoryOne Take Studios was started in 2015 and made its name teaching Martial Arts and Dance in local after school programs in Arlington VA. The program did so well that we expanded into Loudoun County. One Take was started by a group of experienced Dancers, Stunt men, Martial Artist, Dj's, and Photographers, who wanted to help make a change in our community. Now after years of hard work and dedication we have our first location in Sterling VA.SpecialtiesWhat is great about One Take Studios is that we offer two of the most popular after school or work activities, Martial Arts & Dance in one place! Classes are open to Kids, Teens, & Adults, this creates a great family friendly environment, as well as saves you time, money, and gas. Our Dance classes are very different from other studios being that we teach more of the styles that you won't find in a more traditional Dance studio. We have over 8 styles of Urban & Cultural Dances and strongly believe in teaching our students not only how to do a cool move, but to teach them how they can express themselves threw Dance. Our Martial Arts is a mix of Karate, Tae Kwon do, and Kickboxing, and we aim to bring in more styles in the future. Both Martial Arts and Dance build on focus, confidence, responsibility, and fitness. Most of the families that join our classes love the fact that our classes are fun and exciting and are still a great way to stay in shape.
