I wanted this place to be good so very badly. However it was neither good nor even partially common bbq. I tried pork ribs and even more standard for a bbq joint brisket. The ribs were flat...

we are a Texas transplant family.... been a long, long time since we found a sauce as good..okay better than mine... and ribs so tender the bones were almost liquid, without sacrificing flavor.......
