After moving up north from his home state of North Carolina, our owner searched high and low for a traditional vinegar based sauce and found only sweet sauces. Inspired by the Northern tradition of using molasses in barbecue sauce, he then set out to create condiment that contained both sweet and tangy flavors.With over 25 years of barbecuing experience, we strive to provide mouthwatering flavor and impeccable customer service.
