Beef tacos are very good ! It's a BYOB the food is very good and so is the owner is a very nice person aiming to please anyone if you are skeptical about trying something different don't be ! BYOB

Biba is an upscale, seasonal Latin restaurant. The menu continually changes because it is based on the freshest ingredients that are currently in season. Biba focuses on using local ingredients and vendors. All of the food is fresh and made to order. The chef/owner, Jason Benegasi, is constantly coming up with new and innovative menu ideas influenced by South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Found this fantastic tapas restaurant in a little town where I did not expect to find one. We tried a number of plates and everything was fantastic!
