The only choice in Franklin or Oil city. Best place, super cool. Good service. Good food. Clean & neat. I wouldn't waste my time going back to Franklin or Oil City Pa. Lol

4 people. Everyone's food was cold or not completely cooked. Artichoke dip had top cheese melted but inside cold. As it was I'd not recommend as a food place.
