Bob was on site and available, knowledgeable and eager to engage; certainly a local (maybe regional?) treasure. SO sorry to see him closing up shop! A loss for the neighborhood, Philly and beyond.

Bob is a gem. Such a nice, knowledgeable man who really cares about preserving Philly's architectural history. It's a shame that there are so few salvage places left in the city.
