Bad bank. When this bank was Nittany Bank, they were awesome. Penn National was not quite as good, but still good. BB&T is horrible! High fees, very poor rates, and clueless, badly trained...

Too many fees and interest rates are meaningless even on substantial balances. Twice I've been told that someone would get back to me and they have failed to do so. Looking for a new bank!
