I have been a Bank of America customer for almost 30 years. I have been using this branch in 2020 due to some closures this year. Happy with the service every time.

I don't understand why this branch and the people in it exist. They are incapable of doing anything without consulting with their legal team in North Carolina, necessitating 7-10 business days...

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! Really, most of employees at this location are just incompetent, arrogant and have no idea what a good customer service means. Roger all other previous bad reviews!
