B2 Bistro + Bar

B2 Bistro + Bar has been creatively curated on the first floor of the historic Narrow Fabric Building in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Our goal was to integrate our restaurant into the existing space while sustaining the look and feel of a 1929 industrial complex. Wherever possible, original components of the building have been used to construct a one-of-a-kind restaurant aesthetic. B2 Bistro + Bar is a casual neighborhood restaurant free from formality and artifice. We aim to be a destination for all from the hip, connected, socially-aware to the discerning, worldly, epicures. We offer a casual, welcoming atmosphere with an active and well-stocked bar all rooted in our love of good food and fine drinks. B2 chefs are sticklers for culinary excellence, combining the freshest locally-sourced ingredients (Farm to Table) with their own innovative twist on taste. Based on popular bistro-style cooking from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, and other Mediterranean countries. The culinary focal point is our wood burning oven and wood burning grill/rotisserie, which many of our dishes are prepared, including our specialty pizza and local pasture raised steaks and chops. Our oven and grill are an integral social-gathering point in the restaurant where guests can sit and enjoy the culinary theater created by our chefs.
