We loved it here while there we read up on the history of the dam. So sad to read about all the tragic outcome. We do learn from history.

This was a memorable experience. Kind of surreal seeing the remains of the dam that broke in 1911. It's definitely an under the radar destination but we found the site interesting and strangely...

The site is much smaller than you'd think, however when you see the dam up close it's really something. There are plans for a park and other upgrades to the area but it is a nice place to visit...

Beautiful place to visit. Full of history. Hiking trails, primitive camping. Beautiful small town
