HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They are suppose to open at 11. I get there at 11:08 and not 1 pretzel is made...nothing. I ask for 2 pretzels. He says I have to wait 5 minutes. I said that's fine....

I wouldn't recommend. The service was terrible, the staff is rude. If it's not the rude teens, it's the rude older woman at the register, there's always someone with a nasty attitude.
