Arsenal Family & Children's Center

Arsenal Family and Children s Center is a developmental preschool and social service agency that provides an array of programs and services for young children and their families. Its child mentoring program focuses on the emotional, physical, social and intellectual development of children. The center s parenting and play program offers professional supervision and structured parent training for noncustodial parents and their children. Its teen parenting and prevention program serves pregnant and parenting teens in the age group of 12 to 20 years. Founded in 1953, the center also offers professional education and training programs for psychology students. Arsenal Family and Children s Center, with a location in Pittsburg, also operates a facility in Clairton, Pa.
