Archer's Gluten Free Cafe was established in 2015 inspired after our family friend's child, Archer, was hospitalized due to celiac disease. Afterwards, we'd seek out food vendors that sold gluten-free items for him, but those were few and far in between. Understanding the struggles of having a loved one with a dietary restriction, Archer's Cafe was born. Through trial and error, we've created a 100% gluten-free menu with no risk of cross-contamination. Our stands are present at major festivals, fairs, and events and event participate in gluten-free shows throughout the year. From our famous funnel cakes, to corn dogs, we're cooking up something delicious for you and everyone to enjoy.
