My wife and I stayed at the Applebutter Inn while at Slippery Rock for a football game. Pre-arrival communication was excellent in terms of directions, self check-in instructions, and so on....

There is a fabulous restaurant in the adjoining property. Each room is decorated with period antiques. There are several areas at the Inn where friends can meet, you can spend some quiet time, or just sit with someone special and watch the flames jump in the fireplace.

This place is HUGE...rooms are nicely maintained with extra homey touches. I'll post some pictures. Well worth the price. It would make a good venue for a wedding or family reunion with seating...
