nope! They could've had a big contract. We had a hail storm (7-8-25) that demolished our roof, gutters and screens and 2 cars. Our pool has damage as well but they want to charge me to come look...

nothing but problems Paid for closing service purchased new cover and pillow..in sept in December pillow deflated and cover is not quite right..wont come fix it unless i pay $130 just to look at...

I have been a loyal customer for 34 years. The new owners are great at selling pool chemicals and other merchandise but provide a disgusting level of customer service when it comes to repairs ....
