Wanted two chimneys cleaned and capped. Capped one,didn't clean either "surveyed" one and the charge was $900.00 plus. Never again!

They need to be better and upfront as to what happens if they determine that your fireplace chimney is not fixable. I ended up being charged for the tech to look up the chimney and pull a piece...
