Antoinette Amoroso
History
I started my career as a real estate agent in 1986. I pursued the business to obtain my Real Estate Broker's License. In order to do this I completed additional real estate courses, added sales and listings in order to sit for the Pennsylvania test. When I passed the test, this allowed me to be a manager of a Real Estate office or open up my own. I chose to manage. I managed a well known franchise with 25 agents for 2 years. I trained, hired and managed the office. I also decided to obtain my PA certification to appraise. This was intense. I stepped away from managing at this time to put in a 2 year apprenticeship, go back to school for all the necessary courses, passed the exam. In 1996 I opened up my own office for appraisals. I also managed another real estate franchised office for a period of time to remain active in the business. Currently I am an Associate Broker for an office, list and sell and maintain my appraisal office on a full time basis.
