Dr. Michael Aziz helps women in high-risk pregnancies avoid complications and deliver healthy babies. He has expertise in treating diabetes in pregnancy, congenital fetal heart disease, and periviable pregnancies. He performs complex obstetric surgeries such as cesarean hysterectomy, transvaginal/transabdominal cerclage, and family planning procedures. Dr. Aziz counsels patients about complex pathology to help them navigate difficult situations and decisions. He loves clinical medicine because it combines his passion for caring for people with his love of science.Dr. Aziz received his medical degree and a masters in public health from St. Georges University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed a residency in obstetrics, gynecology, and womens health at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey. He gained further training by completing a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.He is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine State Liaison Network, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Allegheny County Medical Society. He is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has published original research in both gynecology and obstetrics, and his work has been presented at national and international medical conferences.

Cindy Montes, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in Neurology at the AHN Headache Center. She cares for patients as if they are family and works with them to optimize their health. Cindy is dedicated and passionate about headache medicine and really enjoys helping her patients manage their pain so they can live their lives to the fullest, and enjoy time with their loved ones. She earned her associate degree in nursing at Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California in Los Angeles, California, and continued her studies at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she also earned her Master of Science in nursing. Cindy is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She sees patients ages 18 and older and speaks English and Spanish.

Sangeetha M. Haywood, PT, MS Sangeetha M. Haywood, PT, MS, is a physical therapist specializing in pain management, pelvic health, and myofascial release manual therapy. She did her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India. Upon completion of her bachelor’s, she received her Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She prefers treatments that address the body as a whole and not treating body parts. Sangeetha M. Haywood believes that the body functions as a whole, with different systems in a synchronous relationship. With this idea, she facilitates the body to do what it needs to do and not enforce therapeutic measures. She welcomes patients ages 15 and older.
