As an attending surgeon with AHN, he is currently involved with academic research and education of residents and fellows. Dr. Greco lives in the Greater Pittsburgh area with his wife, Sallie, son, Victor Anthony, and their beagle, Taco. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, as well as Pittsburgh professional sports and West Virginia University athletics.
