Anahata Yoga Studio & Boutique is a local yoga studio with knowledgeable teachers offering mat and Aerial Yoga classes, workshops and yoga and mindfulness centered events for everyone wishing to start or deepen their practice of yoga, meditation and wellness. Morning and/or evening classes are available 7 days a week. We are located in the heart of the historic downtown Carlisle, between the New Courthouse on main square and Denim Coffee. Our studio is also open as a retail boutique featuring handmade, responsibly sourced items, soy candles made in house, comfortable clothing and more. Boutique is open for shopping Tuesday through Friday 11 am - 5 pm, and Saturday 10 am - 4 pm.
