Just left from my cousins wedding. It was a great day until the "door man" who was paid to do ONE SIMPLE JOB, did not do his job. Because he didn't do his job, the wedding was shut down a little...

Management doesn't know how to respectfully handle incidents when they arise. You pay for an event planner to be there during the event and they leave. Very disappointed in how things were handled.
