Welcome to Aman's In 2018 we started with a vision to bring made from scratch Punjabi Indian Cuisine to the Lehigh Valley, the likes of which you find in Delhi, London & New York. That vision came to fruition in July 2019 when we opened Aman’s in historic downtown Easton. Our kitchen brings you a flavorful pallet of freshly prepared Artisan Punjabi dishes from the land of five rivers, in Northwest India.
