Venango Kid Connection ( VKC ) is a local group that meets monthly to encourage families to advocate and educate for children's access to quality early learning and services. We are a combined organization of Community Engagement Group ( CEG ) and the Local Interagency Coordinating Council ( LICC ). CEG is a program of Community Services of Venango County. Both CEG and LICC are under the umbrella of the Office of Childhood Development and Early Learning ( OCDEL ). Venango Kid Connection is great!
