Set two different dates for service. They didn't show either day. They said they couldn't provide a time, or a time window in which they would arrive. Just terrible service. Zergan appliance...

Their work is good, but their customer service is very lacking if you have any issues. JUST PAY YOUR BILL! The travel charge is excessive.
