Dr. Baser treats patients with Parkinsons disease, tremor, dystonia, Huntingtons chorea, involuntary movements, and chorea. She is a skilled diagnostician with a special clinical interest in movement disorders. She was recognized as one of the Best Doctors in Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh Magazine from 2003 to 2019, and a Top Doctor from 2003-2019. She was also the grand prize winner at the Neuro Film Festival AAN in 2018, Patient Choice Award. Dr. Baser received her medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. She completed a residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She furthered her training with a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Weisman has more than 30 years of experience in the care and treatment of patients suffering with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. He has subspecialty certifications in behavioral neurology and in neuropsychiatry and is the director of the Memory Disorders Clinic for Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Neuroscience Institute. After earning his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, Dr. Weisman completed his neurology residency at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile. He gained additional experience and training while finishing a fellowship in behavioral neurology at Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Weisman has previously supervised clinics for advanced treatment of Huntington’s disease, Asperger Syndrome, Diffuse Lewy body disease, Binswangers dementia, fronto-temporal dementia, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer’s disease, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. His specializations also include aphasia, non-dominant hemispheric syndromes, frontal executive dysfunction and attentional disorders, learning disabilities, neurorehabilitation, electrophysiology, general neurology, management of quality of life and cognitive issues related to epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, and degenerative disorders. Dr. Weisman is an active member of the American Neuropsychiatric Association, Commonwealth Neurological Society, Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology Brain Trauma Foundation, and National Association for Healthcare Quality. He has medical privileges at Allegheny General, Allegheny Valley, and West Penn hospitals.

Dr. Alvarado-Reagans treats women throughout their lives for routine gynecological concerns, illnesses, as well as pregnancy and childbirth. Her special clinical interests include obstetrics, management of vulvar disorders, and abnormal uterine bleeding. She speaks English.
