Founded in 1963, the Office of Children, Youth and Families is one of the largest child welfare agencies in the United States that offers individual protection services related to abuse and neglect. Located in Pittsburgh, the agency also provides investigation, transportation, adoption, foster care and supervision services. In addition, it offers in-home, counseling and child support services.
