Alicia Bridget Topoll, MD

Alicia Topoll, MD, MS, is a non-invasive cardiologist and palliative medicine physician. She is certified by the American Board of Cardiology, the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is the clinical director of the Heart and Vascular Institute Palliative Care Program and is an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio, and completed her internal medicine residency at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas where she served as chief resident, followed by cardiology and hospice and palliative medicine fellowships at UPMC.
