Annette Shaffer, PT, DPT Annette Shaffer, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with AHN Orthopaedic Institute, specializing in runners, post-operative patients, ankle, vestibular, and concussion. Annette Shaffer received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Dr. Shaffer strives to take on additional responsibilities of growing and developing AHN’s latest facility through the skills of her physical therapy profession. She sees patients ages 13 and older.

Kara McKendry is a physician assistant who specializes in neurology. She is a multiple sclerosis certified specialist. She is certified in using the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) and in using Botox for chronic migraine. She is also trained in vagus nerve stimulation. She enjoys spending time with her patients and providing thorough, comprehensive neurological care. Kara received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. She has been recognized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Partner in MS Care and Center for Comprehensive Care. She sees patients ages 18 and older and speaks English.

Dale, Luchetti, PT, DPT, CIDN Dale Luchetti, PT, DPT, CIDN, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor and orthopaedic care, as well as pelvic and sacral alignment. Dr. Luchetti earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from West Liberty State College in West Liberty, West Virginia and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. She has additional training in pelvic floor therapy, having completed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 and Level 2A courses. She is passionate about teaching patients how to regain control of their bodies, with a focus on reducing pain and improving health maintenance and nutrition. Dr. Luchetti welcomes patients ages 8 and older.
