Brook Lane Health Services, based in Hagerstown, Md., is a private, nonprofit center with a main campus located near Leitersburg, Md., and several satellite locations throughout the region. The center was established in 1946 by the Mennonite Church. It provides mental health services, such as inpatient care, partial hospitalization, outpatient treatment, consultations, psychiatric rehabilitation programs, and educational services and evaluation programs. These services are provided to children, adolescents, adults and elder adults on an individual, family and peer group basis. The center has a team of professionals who provide individual therapy and psychiatric care. It also offers family consultation services to discuss care giving, and provides analysis, information and referral services.
