Diamond Wire Spring Company has been a designer and manufacturer of precision springs since 1939. The company offers more than 3,000 different stock springs, round wire and rectangular wire and custom springs. It produces compression, die and extension springs. Its products are used for a variety of industries and manufactured in a range of shapes from straight lengths to the most intricate assemblies. Its springs range from .008 through .75 inches of wire diameter and in some cases are heavier. All springs are made of carbon, alloy stainless, inconels and high temperature alloy wire. The company is headquartered in Pittsburgh and has additional plant locations in Taylors, S.C., and Tyler, Texas. It also operates a catalog division in Glenshaw, Pa.
