Extremely unhelpful. The staff was rude the moment I walked in the door. I tried to get a car registration changed to PA. After two weeks with no progress I decided to go somewhere else.

I wish it would let me give a 1/2 star. We've gone to this notary for at least the last 15 years and the woman that ran it was so nice, and knew her shit. Now she is retired and her daughter runs...
