In the heart of West Chester stands a 19th century neoclassical bank. It was a pillar of Pennsylvanian ambition for over 150 years, but its vaults eventually closed and the building laid still, yearning for a return to glory. That revival began in 2023 when owner John O'Connell transformed the First National Bank building into 9 Prime, the state's grandest steakhouse, and Johnny O's, its premier speakeasy.
