1794 The Whiskey Rebellion is a sustainable local downtown Carlisle restaurant which prides itself in sourcing the most eco-friendly products from an array of local farmers and distillers. The restaurant features over 100 American and International Whiskeys and an extensive craft drink list using no artificial sweeteners or mixes.
