Crazy whiskey smoker girlz! Super nice service showed us the smoker process and we enjoyed the whiskey. Lovely old ambiance don't let the "Comfort Inn' label put you off.

1794 The Whiskey Rebellion is a sustainable local downtown Carlisle restaurant which prides itself in sourcing the most eco-friendly products from an array of local farmers and distillers. The restaurant features over 100 American and International Whiskeys and an extensive craft drink list using no artificial sweeteners or mixes. All of our steaks are cooked on an open wood fired grill.

Another great meal, celebrated our anniversary, had wonderful service, never was rushed and more relaxed, had Brussel sprout and bacon soup which was delicious. Love this place

Have reservations because you can't get a table. Without one even when tables are empty. They need more room. Food is very good. Service good.
