The vision for 124 Marketplace began in 2005 when McCool Properties, LLC purchased the property from the Yearsley family. Construction commenced in 2014 and was completed in April of 2015. McCool Properties, LLC was founded in 2003 and is diversified, privately-held real estate investment, acquisition, development, construction and property management firm headquartered in West Chester, Pa.
