I lived in one of Marks & Co. Inc's apartments (Montgomery Avenue location) for 4 years. In the beginning, things were great. The staff is friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed living there....

This landlord will hike your rent significantly year after year. Recently they have been raising rents by $500/mth. Apartments are old, poorly maintained and overpriced. Expect to wait a long time...
