History

Yin Spring Acupuncture and Wellness began in 2019 as a full service Chinese Medicine clinic specializing in women's wellbeing. After being on the healing path for the last decade, Kulsoom felt ready to offer her knowledge, skill, and passion for Chinese Medicine, health, women's empowerment, and spirituality to the community. Rooted in the belief that health comes from education, empowerment and autonomy, our goal at Yin Spring is to help our clients establish the best support structures and implement suitable lifestyle changes so that they can have rich and impactful lives.

Specialties

We are a general practice offering preventative and continuing care for pediatrics, adolescents, teens, and adults. We offer holistic care based on the needs of the body, mind, and soul. Our focus is to support men and women from all walks of life live out the most vibrant and authentic expression of themselves. We take pride in working with adolescents and teenagers to support them through the various challenges, emotional and physical, that are encountered during puberty. We specialize in working with women to educate them about the health, power, and wisdom of their menstrual cycles. Various modalities are used to address issues pertaining to stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, menstrual irregularities, fertility support, transition into menopause, pain conditions, digestive issues, endocrine disorders, and autoimmune diseases. We also work with clients remotely to offer health and wellness coaching rooted in the principles of Chinese Medicine and Qigong.
