Excellent atmosphere to hang out, grab a drink, and meet a friend. Located by the river close to China Town and other districts. The service was great and I would recommend in the summer and fall.

Good in the winter, probably fantastic in the summer. It can be hard to find beautiful rooftop bars in Portland, so I was surprised that I had not previously been here for a fun night out....
