My roots in the Eugene housing market extend back through a generation. As a boy, I followed my father around his jobsites, marveling at the craftsmanship of Taylor Finish Carpentry. As a teenager I assisted on many houses for the company he had turned into Taylor Custom Homes, and later Taylor Made Homes. I don't think my Dad or I have ever taken a trip without touring at least one house and fantasizing about what we could do with it. I love houses, what can I say?
