Wow Bao offers fast Asian street food like bao, pan-seared potstickers, steamed dumplings, rice and noodle bowls, soups, salads, and specialty drinks such as fresh ginger ale. They fuse centuries of tradition with modern Asian street food, and focus on sourcing the highest quality, sustainably-raised, non-GMO, antibiotic and steroid-free proteins. Each bao is cooked with the energy of steam for a healthier alternative to fast-casual. What's a bao? It's a soft, fluffy dough filled with savory or sweet flavors and steamed to perfection. Wow Bao opened in 2003 in Chicago's iconic Water Tower Place Mall. In 2020, Wow Bao launched 150+ delivery-only locations, partnering with restaurants across the county to steam their signature menu items for delivery. Today, they are on a path to open 1000 more to bring more people their deliciously fluffy and flavorful bao.

For a place called "Wow Bao" you would think that their Bao buns would be good quality. I've had frozen Bao buns that taste better than the ones served here. I'm pretty sure they just take cheaper...
