I had respect for Willamette ValleyDog and Cat Motel long before I was given the opportunity to buy it. In 1997 I became a customer and an employee, and I knew I had found an honest, caring, safe and loving environment for my own pets as well as every other pet that came in through the doors. I owe so much respect and gratitude to the original owners, Ray and Alice Gould who (in 1971) built this entire place from the ground up. They are the ones who helped make my business dreams come true. In 1999 I became the proud owner of Willamette Valley Dog and Cat Motel.

The staff here is wonderful and patient with our challenging dog. When we pick her up, she is calm, well fed, clean and generally has stayed at a Hotel more than a motel lol.

They are the best ! They took care of our lil Henry and did so very well ! We recommend them with our question or reservation ! Go there first , you'll be glad and your pet will too !

My rescue dog is hesitant with people and takes time to adjust, but these are dog people. He is happy to go right in and isn't over excited when we go pick him up, it's like he's just been there a...

Word of note: we didn't actually end up boarding our dog with these folks but they were so amazing throughout our interactions with them I just had to say how wonderful and friendly their customer...
