Whapping began in the Pacific Northwest and is based out of Eugene, Oregon. We wanted to bring the classic dishes of Costa Rican cuisine to the local people who have traveled to Costa Rica before or those who want to enjoy a taste of Costa Rica. Now you don't have to travel to Costa Rica to enjoy the traditional recipes and flavor of Costa Rican cuisine.
