Bronwen has practiced medicine for several years, coming to the realization that the 'cattle call' method of most healthcare facilities was not conducive to actually treating the patient nor to her feeling fulfilled within her chosen career field. She wanted to be able to REALLY help her patients get to the root of their health problems without masking just the symptoms. She attended several Continuing Education seminars on Functional & Integrative Medicine, a methodology that takes the WHOLE person into account, and looks at issues like gut, hormonal & allergy problems, that can mask as chronic illness and long-term pain disorders. She decided in late 2013 to open a small practice of her own and did so Spring, 2014 in Manzanita to a grateful patient roster that numbered almost 100!
