History

My experience includes eight years serving as clergy at The Cathedral of the Rockies, First United Methodist Church in Boise, Idaho, followed by four years at Faith United Methodist Church in Troutdale, Oregon. Following retirement from pastoral ministry I have dedicated my time to helping couples of all ages and stages design the ceremony of their dreams. In the Portland area I have married couples in their homes, and at golf courses, wineries, parks, penthouses, barns, and event venues including Revolution Hall, Lakeside Gardens, The McLean House, Timberline Lodge, Gray Gables Estate, Abernethy Gardens, Riverview, and The Victorian Mansion. I have officiated services in Washington (Skamania Lodge and Maryhill Winery), Maryland, Indiana, and California.

I would be honored to officiate your wedding in the venue of your choice. We'll meet in person to design your ceremony so it reflects your personality and commitment as a couple. I believe in marriage equality and am open to all belief choices, religious, earth based and secular.
