Wayne Lamb Law

History

Mr. Lamb has held several legal positions since attending Western Oregon university. During his time at Lewis and Clark Law School, Wayne gained invaluable practical experience while working on law review, in law firms, and in clinical settings. In his final year of law school, Wayne began working as a legal consultant and he has continued consulting for a handful of local attorneys since graduating in 2018. In addition to work in the private sector, Wayne has also worked in public service as a Legislative Director in the Oregon State Senate. During his time as a Legislative Director, Wayne conducted research, drafted legislation, and assisted Senator Bentz in a fast paced Oregon Senate.

Specialties

WL typically assists clients on Property and Business litigation, as well as personal injury actions. WL actively seeks to help clients on transactions and litigation when property or business is at issue (e.g., leases, boundary disputes, fraud, antitrust, etc.), while WL does not seek out injury cases, the firm frequently accepts cases involving personal injury, particularly when the injuries flow from those property and business transactions. Although, property and business litigation is the firm's primary area of practice, WL is a general practice law firm and accepts many types of cases.
