A short hike up a couple of switchbacks takes you to the top where you can see Wahkeena Falls. There's a bridge that you stand on to see the waterfall. The view is nice and you can feel the mist...

Only about 18 parking spaces on either side of the scenic highway. .2 miles to the beautiful falls. Come early for parking.

The best thing about Wahkeena Falls is you don't have to hike far for the payoff. The best part of the waterfall is only about 0.2 miles from the parking lot -- great for out-of-shape, lazy people...

Ha! We came in so unprepared but GOD! Had to be divine intervention to get us through that approximately 5 mile hike. We hiked the multnomah wahkeena loop and saw 6 waterfalls. Definitely...
