I have experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and families with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues and more. I practice from a person-centered basis, and incorporate aspects of various evidenced based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and am registered as a National Certified Counselor and Oregon Professional Counselor Intern (under the clinical supervision of Martha Hutchison, LCSW).
