We were told we would receive a$500.00 credit to switch, we never received it. They charge a $35.00 activation fee as well, then when you get your bill, Verizon re-charges the activation fees all...

These guys treat you like you are stupid. They also charge $20 for a SIM card that is supposed to be FREE when you activate new service. Stay away from this place.
