$90 to repair cork (only *slightly* damaged/worn away on the heel) & resole Birkenstocks. I wasn't given an ETA on when the shoes would be ready for pick up and was emailed 3 weeks after dropping...

Are they TRYING to go out of business?! I should have read the reviews before entrusting Vanek's with my new Nikes to put a 1/2" riser in after a hip replacement created a leg length discrepancy....
